Silverwood is confident and loyal. She is pragmatic, but not in the way the Church Electric appreciates. She would rather stand up to those in power than let one of her co-workers be sacrificed for a pitiful amount of energy output.[1]

Silverwood appears to be trusted and valued by her boss, Webb. She is not afraid to ask the questions on everyone's mind. As a result, she tells Webb about the plan she and her co-workers have concocted. She offers to lock Webb in a closet if he would rather not get involved.
